Luca graduated at the University of Studies of Florence, he was admitted to the Bar of Lawyers of Udine, with qualification to practice before the Court of Cassation and other Supreme Courts.

He has taught at the University of Ca ‘Foscari in Venice on the subject of contract for rental/lease of a business branch, he was also nominated as expert at the Faculty of Economics and Banking Science at the University of Udine (in commercial law) and adjunct professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Trieste.

He is specialised in corporate law, as demonstrated by his relevant support to some primary Italian companies in the following fields: M&A operations, extraordinary finance operations, strategic planning, shareholder agreements, corporate reorganisations, generational passages and insolvency procedures.

He mainly deals with M&A, commercial law, bankruptcy law, industrial, financial and banking law, even in their criminal perspectives; hence he renders his services in the general area of business law.

He was appointed as Official Receiver of Tecnosistemi Group, an Italian multinational company operating in telecommunication services; furthermore, he has been appointed in numerous boards of directors of some of the major companies and banks nationwide.

He is also the author of several publications and speaker at many conferences and seminars on the subjects of corporate, bankruptcy, contractual and banking law.

Luca graduated at the University of Trieste, then he was admitted to the Bar of Lawyers of Udine, with qualification to practice before the Court of Cassation and other Supreme Courts.

PhD in Comparative Law of Economics and of the Environment and honorary fellow in ‘Public Utility Law’ at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Trieste, he was professor at University of Trieste, Faculty of Education and Training, for the course on “Administrative Law”.

He is specialised in public law (as per CNF resolution 19.04.2024). He is the author of numerous essays in miscellaneous publications and magazines and speaker at conferences and seminars on environmental and administrative law.

Virio deals exclusively with criminal law since he graduated from the University of Milan.

He subsequently collaborated with Bricola Law Firm in Bologna for many years, then moved to Udine where he has always dealt with criminal law, in particular crimes against public administration, medical criminal liability, corporate and labor criminal law, corporate, environmental, bankruptcy, tax, commercial criminal law. He has had professional assignments in particularly important trials and is the author of several publications as well as a speaker at conferences and seminars on criminal and criminal procedure matters.

Gemma primarily practices administrative law, with a particular focus on urban planning, construction and building law, environmental law, and public procurement and tender procedures.

She also advises on civil law matters, as well as inheritance law and legal instruments for the transfer of family wealth.

Marco practices corporate criminal law and personal data protection law, as well as corporate law.

After graduating from the University of Udine, he further developed his expertise by obtaining a Postgraduate Specialization Diploma for Legal Professions from the University of Padua and a Second-Level Master’s Degree in Corporate Criminal Law from the Catholic University of Milan.

Federico specializes in corporate law and banking and finance law.

Before joining the Firm, he worked for a period at the Bank of Italy and at a leading Italian law firm, advising asset management companies on the structuring of investment funds. He also assisted fund managers in the execution of investment and divestment transactions.

Bianca mainly deals with administrative law and in particular with public contracts, concessions of public services and companies with public participation. She also deals with civil, commercial and corporate law.

Maria primarily practices civil law, with a particular focus on real estate enforcement proceedings, contract law, inheritance law, and corporate law, assisting clients in both judicial and out-of-court dispute resolution.
She is registered on the list of court-appointed judicial sale delegates at the Court of Udine and also serves as a curator of dormant estates.

Laura is responsible for communication and external relations. She manages public relations, press releases, social media, event organisation.

Barbara is responsible for the administrative and legal department.

Michela manages the front office. She takes care of reception and secretarial services.

Barbara oversees accounting and administrative support services.

Nicole is responsible for the accounting department.
